Earlier this year I approached you after receiving a nasty tax bill from HMRC .In my previous job i had a company car which altered my tax position. After meeting with you it quickly became apparent you knew your stuff and were keen to help me. You gave me the appropriate forms to complete , advice and held my hand throughout the process keeping me apprised of any developments. Josephine has only been my accountant for 3 months but she has come into my business as the 5th emergency service!
